Placement before payment
Nobody enrols without a level assessment. Selling you the wrong course would be easy money and a wasted term — we refuse to do it.
Our Centre
ClearSpeak opened in 2017 with two teachers, one classroom and a stubborn idea: people learn a language by using it, out loud, from the first lesson. Nine years and 2,400 learners later, the idea has not changed — only the number of classrooms.
We are a team of eleven — eight teachers, two student advisors and one very patient office manager. Our teachers hold CELTA, DELTA or TESL qualifications and have taught in Malaysia, the UK, Japan and Australia. Between us we speak Malay, Mandarin, Cantonese, Tamil, Arabic and Japanese, which helps when a grammar point needs a bridge back to your first language.
What we share is a dislike of silent classrooms. Whatever the course, you will spend more of each lesson speaking than listening to us — that ratio is the whole method.

Every term closes with a written report and a level exam mapped to the CEFR. When you finish B2, you can prove B2 — to an employer, a university, or yourself.
Advisors answer questions in person, by phone or on WhatsApp within one working day. Feedback goes straight to the head of studies — not into a folder.
Our centre occupies Level 21 of Menara Hap Seng 2, right on Jalan P. Ramlee in the Golden Triangle. Six classrooms, a student lounge with free coffee, and a quiet study corner with the best view of the KL skyline you will find in any school.
Getting here is the easy part: the Raja Chulan monorail stop is a two-minute walk, Bukit Nanas LRT is seven, and parking is available in the tower itself for drivers.
