How do I know which level I should join?
Book a free placement test. It takes about thirty minutes and covers a short written task plus a relaxed spoken interview with a teacher. You get your CEFR level and a course recommendation on the same day.
How big are the classes?
Never more than twelve learners. Conversation classes are capped at ten so that everyone gets sustained speaking time in every session.
When do new courses start?
Intensive and conversation intakes begin every four weeks. Young Learners and Business English follow the school-term calendar with four intakes a year. 1-to-1 coaching can start any week.
Do you prepare students for IELTS or MUET?
Yes. Exam preparation modules run inside the Intensive programme, and 1-to-1 coaching can be built entirely around IELTS, MUET or Cambridge exams.
Can I pay by instalment?
Termly fees can be split into two instalments at no extra charge. We accept bank transfer, major cards and DuitNow.
What if I miss a class?
Every lesson's materials and homework are posted to our student portal the same day, and teachers hold a weekly catch-up hour. 1-to-1 sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice.
