Cookie Policy
This page explains how make-itclean.com, run by ClearSpeak Education Sdn. Bhd., uses cookies and similar browser storage. We keep the list deliberately short — this is a school website, not an advertising platform.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser so it can remember something between pages or visits — a login, a language choice, or in our case mostly whether you have already answered the cookie banner. Similar information can also be kept in your browser's local storage, which works the same way for the purposes of this policy.
What we actually use
Strictly necessary
A session cookie (PHPSESSID) protects the enquiry form on our contact page against forged submissions. It contains a random identifier, nothing personal, and expires when you close your browser. A local storage entry (mic_consent) records your choice on the cookie banner so we do not ask you on every visit. These operate without consent because the site cannot function safely without them.
Analytics (optional)
If you press Accept on the banner, we may enable privacy-respecting page-view counting that tells us which courses and articles visitors read most. It is switched off entirely if you press Reject, and the site behaves identically either way.
What we do not use
No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, no social media pixels, and no sharing of browsing data with third parties for marketing.
Changing your mind
Use the small gear button in the lower-left corner of any page to reopen the banner and change your choice. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time — the banner will simply appear again on your next visit.
